Road has dropped, 18th March
Every weekday since 2022 we have had approx 15 heavy lorries an hr coming down Station Road from the A47 towards Whittlesey and back again between 6.30am till 17.30pm . We now have a sunken road next to a sewage cover which causes a loud bang and the house to shake when the lorries go over it, we can hear the bangs as the lorries go down Station rd going over every Utility Cover (4 in 200mtrs) the road is also staring to crack and is getting quite bumpy again, I would appreciate if someone ccould come and speak to me about this on going issue/ Thankyou.

Several pot holes and Road worn down, 7th February
These pot holes have been there for over 3 months , directly outside my house and are getting worse all the time. The whole road surface is breaking up and the level from one side to the other is now different heights. It has resulted in my car wheel taking damage. It has been caused by aggregate lorries traveling through the village too and fro from the housing development site on the outskirts of the village. There is a bypass which they could use instead of passing through the village. There is a weight limit in place on the village roads which is constantly being ignored. Some days as many as 4 lorries an hour passing through.
