Gravel / shale type material spread over lane heading to Spalding from Decoy Farm entrance. Just driver over it in my car and lifted of the ground, other cars swerving to avoid which is dangerous on this bend. This has been report numerous times by numerous persons and needs a permanent fix, maybe is Decoys Farms responsibility as is their traffic dragging it onto the main road?

Westbound carriageway, at entrance to layby, 14th April
There are lots of large 12" diameter potholes along this stretch of road. Looks like the top layer (around 40mm) of tarmac has lifted up.
Cars end up swerving drastically to avoid the potholes,so it's only a matter of time before there is an accident.

Very uneven road surface., 21st March
The road is subsiding still before and after the recent repairs. The uneven road surface is dangerous causing vehicles to use the whole carriageway. Particularly dangerous to motor cyclists. This road surface has been badly repaired in the past and has been an ongoing issue and deteriorating for the a number of years. The road is becoming increasingly used by heavy vehicles and farm vehicles.

A16 on Crowland by-pass., 7th March
The size is quite big with lots of them, the depth is of course the big issue and if you want to avoid them you could risk a bad accident with the car behind you. They need a lot of attention and are getting worse, to the point now where they are a danger to life.

On the cross junction between the A16 and B1166 Crowland, 4th March
Yesterday, it would appear there was an RTC on the A16 in which the road was closed off, as a result having to divert through James Road, Crowland. However this RTC was 12:40PM Sunday lunchtime, the incident was cleared and no longer there however road signs were left abandoned in the road with no lights, no warning. No reflection. It would seem the authorities forgot to clear the closed road sign. This was completely obstructing the road as a hazard. Being NON-reflective and no lights, no police cars nothing. I approach this at 50/60mph speed limit and it was only illuminated last second by my headlights in which I had to skid to a stop and swerve. Absolutely horrendous hazard, I was not able to stop in time and as a result made impact with the sign and it has damaged my front bumper on my car (Photo attached from reviewing the damage this morning in day light). There were still cars approaching behind me who also swerved so I had to get out of the junction promptly warning those too! It would seem this issue was raised across social media in that other people came across this hazard too and seems it was forgotten to be taken out of the road after the incident. (This happened at approximately 8:30PM Sunday night) I would please like to request who I am able to contact to have my car reparied as it has snapped the bottom left corner of my bumper off...

The whole A16, 12th February
For Atleast a year there has been numerous pot holes across the whole stretch of road. Occasionally some will be filled leaving multiple others to deteriorate. There are some incredibly dangerous ones lately. Driving home after a nhs shift in the dark trying to avoid them is nearly impossible. It’s getting ridiculous. We are paying council tax to cover the cost of these issues and yet they are not being fixed. I’m just waiting for a tyre to blow after hitting one.

After reporting last year, there are again countless potholes, getting deeper and very dangerous for motorcyclists. It is like a slarlom again. The amount of traffic especially HGVs means this road needs constant checking for potholes

The whole road between crowland and spalding bothways on the A16 is full of pot holes. I feel like a rally driver I use this road 2/4 times a day

Corner of number 2, 29th January
There are several potholes which have remained since the last repair, these are now causing damage to car tyres for residents on the street. I have repaired two punctures in 10 Days both caused by tyres being pinched on front left. Please repair all holes. There is also uneven pavement in front of number 3 & 4 which may soon become a trip hazard. Many Thanks
