I would like to submit this tree for a preservation order. It is on land covered under the Breckland local plan. It risks being lost if houses are built there.

Path pinch point?, 27th February

Tue, 27 Feb 2018 23:01:21 +0000
52.700093 0.813976

The newly fenced off section of path at Drury Square seems to have a good, generous width for the most part, but the physically available path narrows down sharply to just 2' 8" between the post and the root of the mature tree, shown in the attached annotated photograph. Does the Norfolk County Council have evidence to support such a significant narrowing of the path width, at this point?

Path hardly visible, 27th February

Tue, 27 Feb 2018 22:29:34 +0000
52.703162 0.811486

Beeston with Bittering FP1, across arable field. The path is hardly visible, through a growing cereal crop. A single row of thin, short, sparsely positioned marker canes has been used. If marker canes are to be used to make the path apparent on the ground, then they need to be bigger and bolder, more of them, and a double row in order to indicate the required path width.

Icy roads, 13th December

Thu, 13 Dec 2012 21:08:02 +0000
52.71808257022 0.80601806376674

This road has not been gritted in the bad weather. In the last two weeks I have seen two serious accidents as a result of icy roads. This is a school bus route and I fear for the safety of the pupils who must travel on this road. I have added an extra 15 minutes to my daily commute to avoid this road but I fail to see why it is not gritted. Please consider the safety of the pupils of Litcham High School

Proposed gravel extraction site, 21st March

I am extremely concerned that Litcham has been identified as a possible site for gravel and sand extraction. It is most unsuitable due to close proximity to school playing field ,and danger to pupils from extra heavy lorry traffic
