Pot hole where BT have been working, 18th January
BT have been working nights on a line, the phone line with the fault had 100 customers on it, hence the night work, finished job last week, this pot hole nearly had me off my bike tonight, if it had of done I’d of sued the pants off BT

Trees and shrubs overhanging the road.to the point of obstruction, 5th August
An ongoing situation with shrubs and trees overhanging the road making it difficult to get by. The road sweeper will not sweep as you can see from photo, due to the inability to get up close.. I can only look after about 50 feet keeping it trimmed to best of ability but not the whole road, due to age and health. Please may I request the trimmings are not put into the hedge and just blow into the street and block drains and need picking up and putting into a brown bin. This is a situation over the years and I politely request the work to be done as we seem to be forgotten each time. Would appreciate a quick resolve to the situation and thanking you in anticipation.

Ingoldisthorpe FP 1, south end. Wooden signpost is loose/wobbly in the ground.
On 16th February 2017, the Norfolk County Council upheld a formal complaint made against them for failing to erect and maintain a signpost at this location for four years. Now, the signpost that they did finally install is in a defective condition already.

Bridleway STILL blocked, SIX YEARS ON!, 7th December
Snettisham Bridleway No. 13. Obstructed by barbed wire fences at Park Farm. The photos (first two) are self explanatory. The bridleway signpost even points straight through one of the fences! (Even the "nearest alternative" - the field gate shown in the third photo -is all tied up with rope). The Norfolk County Council was alerted to this situation nearly SIX YEARS AGO! (NCC Ref: 378049)
