FIXMYSTREET IN PE28 3BB
The following problems have been reported on Fix My Street within 2 miles of PE28 3BB:
Overgrown hedge on The Lane and St Ives Road, 12th January
The hedge which runs along St Ives Road and The Lane is significantly overgrown and obstructs the path used by the villagers and also obscures the view to be able to cross the road (The Lane) safely. This needs to be cut back urgently. I have previously raised the issue with the Parish Council, but they have stated this isn’t within their remit.

Drainage from road, 8th February
During heavy rain water runs down the slope and results in large pools in front of and in the gardens of the cottages. Drainage channels into the ditch from Millfield House to The Bungalow where a culvert goes under the road are inadequate and the ditch is silted up and requires dredging. This has been raised over the last three years by residents and nothing done. The situation is getting worse.
