Potholes still there, 25th April
I appreciate the largest pothole was repaired within a week of me reporting, however there are still numerous of smaller potholes that are still there. I believe this should have been addressed at the same time. This part of the road is so uneven it could do with this whole section being repaired. I understand this could be a cost issue but in the long run would be the cheapest option. Cars are still having to avoid and dodge the said pothole.

Pe23 5sg, 23rd April
Constantly mud on the road and stones all over which are a skid risk plus flick up and caused my windscreen to crack last year which entailed me claiming on my insurance and having to pay for fuel to drive to Grimsby for repairs. When it's dry it turns to dust. Cars get filthy driving past so waste of £10 a time to get cleaned.

Heavy wet mud and rocks along road, 17th April
Coming from Welton Aggregates, in both directions, there is heavy mud which has been a continuous problem. The amount of rain we have had recently, has made this road VERY slippery and dangerous. It has been like this most days when I travel to Skegness, and seems to be getting worse. There are also a lot of rocks that are being discarded from the Lorrie’s and they appear to be overloaded and not using covers, which I have seen in numerous occasions! There doesn’t appear to be any cleaning of this road done, as even when it is dry, there is SO much dust being thrown up from other vehicles, that it is difficult to see clearly! This has been reported several times and something needs to be done!

Opposite the small river, where the road dips down., 14th April
This was reported about a year ago with no further action taken. The massive pothole has got even worse and without seriously taking avoidance action you can seriously damage your car. It would be nice to see someone go out to this pothole and take a look. Although it's a small road, the road is used on a daily basis to get from spilsby direction to mainly Welton Aggregates. The road needs sorting asap before an accident happens

West bound on A158 just past Scremby Grange. At the foot of the 50mph sign., 2nd February
The pothole is a pre-existing repair that has now failed again. Approximate length is about 2 feet and at its max width about 10 to 12 inches. It is about 40mm deep. The position is exactly level with the 50mph signed heading towards Partney, just after Scremby Grange. At night this is to late to spot hence the report to yourselves. I'm fortunate to have escaped without damage.
