Taking Government Advice on NOT taking an image, I did not return to the scene after taking steps to have my car repaired. I have been hitting worse and worse potholes in Lincolnshire over the last few years. With an oncoming vehicle, both us driving at a very sensible speeds, the collision with this hole is the biggest noise and bang I have encountered in a car in years. Wheel bent, puncture, tyre expected U/s. Specialist repair needed to car after pulling up at the side of road to replace N/S/F wheel with the spare. This hole could kill a cyclist.

Mud all over the road, 22nd April
Mud all over the road on bends with no signage, very dangerous and slippy, motorcycles in danger along with car drivers.

West bound side of the A158 on grass verge opposite the bench/ seat on the other side of the road, 16th April
40mph repeater sign fell over and is propped up against the hedge/ bushes. Originally reported by phone in January then February and again on fix my street

Two large potholes in the middle of the road, a danger to traffic in both directions

North and South of the farm track Jct, 7th March
Farm vehicles entering and leaving the farm track are depositing mud and debris on this narrow road with little or no evidence that an attempt has been made to clean the carriageway. Dangerous for cars, possibly lethal for cyclists. Has been in evidence for several months but particularly bad at the moment.

Road surface is very uneven. Due to potholes, ruts from lorries and erosion from flood and water flowing down the lane. Driving down the lane is very dangerous especially at night.

All along laundry lane, 26th January
The whole road is covered in pot hole and damage caused by erosion from water. There are gullies all the way down the lane. The road isn't wide enough to avoid the large pothole and every time a vehicle goes down the lane it makes the potholes bigger. Heavy lorries also use the road as the sat nav sends them that way. Restricted vehicle signs at each end of the lane would be helpful to prevent further damage.

Bottom of laundry lane on the left hand side opposite the chimneys cottages., 26th January
Drainage cover has broke leaving an exposed hole. This area often floods. If this happens again the hole would be underwater someone could fall in it. It is so dangerous.

Bottom of laundry lane. Near The Chimneys cottages, 26th January
Wide of usable tarmaced Road has now narrowed to 6ft. There is a headgear of the one side of the road causing the road to narrow and Don the other the road surface has complete eroded to the hard-core. The is very dangerous especially at this time or year. Also lorries often go down there as their sat nav directs that way. A vehicle restriction sign either end of the lane would help.

40mph repeater speed sign had been knocked down and laying on the grass verge (Not damaged) just laying on the ground looks to of been pulled out.

Drain is blocked and also the drain grid is broken and located on the side of the road, this itself is a hazard. Along with the potential for this to freeze over from another cold front.

Partney road A158 heading eastbound between bond hays lane junction and old rising sun, 15th December
Pothole around drain. Looks to be a couple of feet across and expanding rapidly as there was a scatter of freshy broken tarmac nearby. Seems to be expanding out into the carriageway and likely to cause to vehicles soon as its a fast bit of road.

Laundry Lane, 5th December
The pavement has eroded away so that there is little to drive on, or walk safely on. The fact that this road is used by larger vehicles as a cut through mean they are having to tear up the surrounding ground. With the weather being as icy in the winter this is a huge safety issue. Even in the summer my mother has come off her bike as the ground is no longer safe. Even some patch work wouldn't go a miss. Hopefully something can be done regarding this sooner rather then later. Thank you and will keep apprised if the issue isn't resolved.
