On pavement opposite The Salvation Army Church, 29th April
I think it is a stop tap cover or something like it that is missing. It is about 6 inches square, but it means it is a hole in the footpath. Someone could trip if they got foot into it.

Approach Road to Metsa Boston Site PE21 0BJ, 29th April
Dear Sir/ Madam I am writing concerning the approach road to Metsa Wood Boston site which runs alongside my property where I have lived for the past twenty three years, in this time we have never really had any serious issues with the movement of works traffic day or night coming in and out of the site up until around six months ago. Unfortunately the condition of the road and verge area where the lorries and forklift trucks run constantly are in such poor state with pot holes and deep gullies now when they pass my house and drop into these its causing my property to shudder, waking myself and family in the night, myself during the day when I am working a night shift and is possibly doing damage to my property, this has never been the case up until recently. I contacted yourselves in December and was told someone would investigate and get back to me, I have had no correspondence since. I have already contacted the Council who have informed me the road is not under their control but is under the Environment Agency’s control and there is nothing they can do to help, could I ask that yourselves take a look at the road and the grass verge running along side it and possibly repair the damaged areas as is having an negative impact on my daily life. I have attached some images of the road, verge, retaining wall in my garden that is just below the road and Document showing the area I am referring too. Outside 33 Spilsby Road, Boston PE21 9NX, 28th April
Recent roadworks outside 39 Spilsby Road left soil and small debris in the gutter which was washed into the road gully causing it to be partially blocked and also causing flooding when it rains and for a long period after the rain has stopped. Surface water is splashed onto pedestrians whenever traffic passes.

From the corner of Norfolk St all along the footpath going North along Horncastle Road passed #60., 28th April
Water is coming from the road and flooding the footpath where in a number of places it is impossible to pass without water going over shoes. Water can stay for days as the gullies along the footpath are blocked with weeds and muck so water cannot drain off. This happens every time it rains and is obviously worse during and after heavy rain. This is a safety issue as pedestrians are having to go onto the busy Horncastle Road to get around the standing water. School children, mothers with push chairs and people using invalid vehicles are at risk. This is a long standing problem as footpaths along this stretch of road are not regularly cleaned and maintained.
