Approach Road to Metsa Boston Site PE21 0BJ, 29th April
Dear Sir/ Madam I am writing concerning the approach road to Metsa Wood Boston site which runs alongside my property where I have lived for the past twenty three years, in this time we have never really had any serious issues with the movement of works traffic day or night coming in and out of the site up until around six months ago. Unfortunately the condition of the road and verge area where the lorries and forklift trucks run constantly are in such poor state with pot holes and deep gullies now when they pass my house and drop into these its causing my property to shudder, waking myself and family in the night, myself during the day when I am working a night shift and is possibly doing damage to my property, this has never been the case up until recently. I contacted yourselves in December and was told someone would investigate and get back to me, I have had no correspondence since. I have already contacted the Council who have informed me the road is not under their control but is under the Environment Agency’s control and there is nothing they can do to help, could I ask that yourselves take a look at the road and the grass verge running along side it and possibly repair the damaged areas as is having an negative impact on my daily life. I have attached some images of the road, verge, retaining wall in my garden that is just below the road and Document showing the area I am referring too. Thanks for your reply.about the bridge you probably know but incase not the old Fogartys factory Fishtoft road now houses several transport companies whose lorries use mount bridge every day putting tremendous pressure on to it this needs to be addressed thanks

These two items have been dumped at the entrance to a public alleyway. They prevent access to the back of properties 10,12,14 & 16 Royal Way. Other rubbish has been dumped by a garage but it is not safe to take a photo.

Keep reporting this but it's still happening There must be a significant growth somewhere for this amount of rubbish as we had this last year on our farmland It was reported with a name supplied but nothing appears to have been done about it to our knowledge We just have to use out time and resources still clear it up

Pot holes and verge damage, as lorries and forklift trucks drive across these its shacking house and waking the occupants of the house all through the night and possibly causing structural damage to the property. holes range 20cm-40cm depth and span between 50cm- 25m

All of scalp road, 18th April
Scalp road and approach road to pilgrim farthers memorial car parking is completely ruined, without extreme carful attention from drivers unnecessary damage would be done to vehicles. Something needs to be done before the summer in order for people to enjoy the walks on the riverbank safely without doing damage to their cars.
