Rubbish dumped by previous tenant, 30th April
Was unaware of rubbish left at my back gate until I moved in. Been there about 4 weeks now! It’s an old sofa, some kind of unit and loads of building materials (bricks)

Fly tipping on a pedestrian walkway, 29th April
Rubbish continuously being put every week or other week with large items from households and also bin bags which have been cleared by nearby neighbour with new items being placed in the same spot now. A problem that occurs very often here and has not been sorted out. People have become so used to just dumping their own rubbish there likes a it’s a bin.

Rough Sleepers and ublic gatherings, 29th April
In short, thee are people sleeping rough here, due to the large shelter various people are meeting up for drinks in the day and night, urinating, being sick, littering, the bus stop type need to change so people cannot sleep there or gather. The issue has been present for atleast 3 years now the problems are getting much worse.

The property consists of a block of 48 residential apartments. Said apartments are provided with private car parking spaces for their residents.
On behalf of our client we write to you today to report a vehicle that has been parked and abandoned on the property and respectfully request you take the necessary action to remove the vehicle.
The vehicle is a Audi A8, 3.0 TDI, Reg No. OY58 WXJ. It has an MOT up until 4 October 2024 and has been issued with a SORN statement.
Our client has spoken to residents of the property who have confirmed that the vehicle has been stationary for approximately 1 month.
It has been confirmed that the vehicle does not belong to any resident of the property and is not associated with them in any way.
