Blocked drain problem, 14th December
Please contact customer urgently to advise of any planned assistance and when any drain clearing will take place.
The Drainage Board have confirmed a blockage in the Highways drainage.
Multiple residents are pumping water out, on a daily basis, to prevent flooding. No use of toilets/Elderly and disabled residents are struggling to cope.
Customer has asked for a call from a HO on several occasions and is clearly distressed that no contact/progress has been made

There is a considerable amount of soil and other debris along this stretch of road and pavement which is a hazard when wet and will pose a danger for flooding. It needs a road sweeper or the stretch shovelling.

Blocked drain problem, 22nd October
The road has got drains, drains feed the dyke. County Council lorries come down and unblock the drains. Rainwater gushing into treatment plant, going in through an overflow. The water is below the motor for the treatment plant unit but if there is another rainfall then this may change. Water is overflowing into caller's property and from the dyke and the road. Please contact the caller for more information. Caller is not able to use the toilet in the property. Caller has called again and has reported that the frains outside the house are now full and need pumping. Caller is still unable to use the toilet in the property. Caller suspects that the water is coming from the dyke.

Footpath outside lime house, 1st August
The hawthorn and bramble hedge make the footpath unusable, meaning we have to walk in the road on a completely blind bend. This has been like this for months now. My disabled wife cannot take our daughter to the park anymore for fear of getting knocked over in her disability buggy

From Christ Church to Dawsmere Bank, 12th July
Over the last few weeks as is usual, We have extra busy farm vehicles on this road and over that period there has been extra amounts of mud on the road, the farmer has made efforts to clear the road but the machinery used is a straight line 2 - 3 meter brush which pushes the mud into the curb side and the path, where it has laid for a couple of weeks, today 12th July and after the rain of last night, our paths are dangerous to walk on as I experienced this morning at 6 o'clock walking my dog, i did in fact slip 3 - 4 times and actually fell to the ground on one occasion, luckily there were no injury's just a small bruise, could you please inspect this area and issue the farmer as necessary to clear the road sides and paths if possible before we have a more serious accident

Entire road is covered in mud from local farming, Farmer has put minimal effort into clearing mud and just moved it to the sides of the road and pathways when it rains it's causing a dangerous slip hazard for pedestrians and vehicles
