Inspection cover missing from what looks like an under ground water meter on Perth Road, Birnam, 4th February
This cover has been missing for more than 12 months, but has been protected by a traffic cone to warn pedestrians, however, now the traffic cone has gone leaving a hole in the footpath, very dangerous especially when it can get covered by leaves.

Large stone sticking out of wall on bend turning left, road known for lorries, no space to get past in large car if lorry is oncoming without clipping wing mirror, 6th December
On the A984 as you are leaving Dunkeld there is a stone wall on the left hand side. IT is known for large lorries using the road and it being quite tight at times.
There is a large stone sticking out of the wall about a foot on a left hand bend and when passing it in a large car and a large lorry is oncoming , there is no space for all 3 and an extremely high risk of getting your wing mirror caught either on this stone or the lorry - my wing mirror was hit by the stone yesterday.
