As the road is on a incline the rain water is running under the broken road, the area needing attention is roughly 30 m2 this requires urgent attention, plus from the bottom of the road to the turning area the road is breaking up along the kerb this is caused by the council heavy refuse vehicle visiting every week.

Numerous pot holes getting bigger, 19th March
Our road Potterhill Gardens is full of pot holes and have never been repaired properly for more than 4 years. They have had temporary fills but they never last and have got worse. I’ve been told at our area meetings it’s getting done next year and next year never happens.

Van parked on double yellow lines, 14th February
This van has been constantly parking in this spot (on double yellow lines) for the past 2 weeks, while there are multiple parking spaces available. They usually stop there around 17.30-17.45 and stay until 7.30-8 in the morning, every single day.

This is private carpark in school inclusion zone that is also ignored, 16th November
For YEARS school parents block roads, junctions, bus stop and private carparks in a school inclusion zone, pkc has been made aware several times and nothing is being done. I personally have had cars just about run me over twice in the last 6 months

4 x vehicles parked in an emergency access to Murry Royal Hospital, 10th September
This happens almost every week as the Scone football team descend on the area to take over the playing fields of the hospital. They also park in the recycling area and neighboring streets.

2 potholes at drains, 4th July
There are 2 potholes where the drains are on the inside of the road as you are away to turn into the hospital. They are very deep and large enough for our tyres to bounce into and makes it dangerous as we cannot go around them because of cars having to pass closely on the other side of the road due to parked cars. It's an accident waiting to happen!

Missed bin collection, rubbish on street, 8th June
Once again the bins in Ballantine Place were not emptied this week (Monday). Reported on Tuesday and now Thursday and still not emptied. Bins outside no.22 now overflowing and rubbish, including dirty nappies, lying over public footpath and on road. This needs sorting ASAP as now a health hazard.

Stray brown recycling bin since September, 6th January
This brown bin was carried here by flood waters in September. It does not belong to Windsor Terrace. It has been used and emptied but then not taken off the pavement and so is blocking the way for people with prams, mobility aids - they are having to walk into the road which is narrow and heavily parked. I guess it just needs removed back to a depot? Can't see any clues where it was kept previously. Thanks.
