Pothole exposing side of manhole., 26th February
A really nasty pothole has recently developed in the road through Strathtay village just east of the Post Office and outside the property called Dunblair. The road surface is being scoured away alongside a manhole cover, exposing the edge of the manhole itself, and creating the potential for tyre and wheel damage to vehicles passing over it. Several other potholes are quickly developing along the stretch of road east from here past the Strathtay golf course down to the junction beyond the golf course car park entrance.

Intermittent failure of street light at Strathtay, 2nd December
There seems to be a continuing problem with the street light on the south side of the junction near the golf course in Strathtay. The first street light on the left as you begin to go down the road to the bridge (immediately outside the garden on the west side of the house named Dundarave) appears to be operating only on an intermittent basis. It was on OK last night, but is not on tonight. The other surrounding lights are all operating normally..

Road flooded, 10th November
The road is flooded from rainwater discharging from the hillside adjacent. This has caused water to get into the car engine and the engine has now seized beyond repair.

3 trees down on the Rob Roy Way., 22nd September
3 trees have come down between Comely Bank and the next bridge over the Rob Roy Way. I presume they came down in storm Ali. Tree nearest bridge is impossible to get through. Can't get past on a bike or horse riding.

Four large potholes are developing in the middle of the road at the golf course bend in Strathtay, and could be particularly dangerous on a stretch of road used by significant numbers of cyclists.
