Used sanitary towels scattered, 26th February
The communual bin lid has been left open, I think the birds have gotten into it. There is a plastic bag that has been ripped open and because of the wind and animals, used sanitary towels have been scattered around the flats of 132-152 Strathtay Road. This is disgusting to look at and I don’t have the materials to safely be picking this up myself.

Pot hole off auld bond road roundabout, 15th February
This pot hole needs fixed. Two cars side by side had no choice to drive into in. Tyre ruined - had to get a whole new tyre - hope the alloy isn’t ruined too.

A child has been injured on the way to nursery as path is just gravel and very dangerous when wet. No disabled acces to main nursery door., 20th September
That’s another accident reported to school. A child got injured when fall down on uneven nursery path and had to be treated at hospital.
There is no disabled access to that main nursery door but to go over 6 steps is the only way for parents with prams and little children to get to nursery.

Team We have tried various methods of error correction but to date have not had a satisfactory response We believe that if it's happening Unresolved to one it's probably happening unresolved to many We believe it relates to certain landlord activities and relation with utility services And how a customer becomes disadvantaged
We attached letter stop landlord etc etc etc unethical practices

Landlord came up with two electricians last week
I have no hot water since team below had Dyno rod in which caused
? Pressure ? PURPOSEFUL leak in tank IE Emerson hot water tank That's been out of action since Oct 2021 waiting them to source a part

However we submitted readings ASSIDUOUSLY since the electrical boiler was put in In 2012 After 3 yrs carbon monoxide poisoning after building standards errors ? Legislation change
The electric boiler did malfunction sometimes but worked fine since 2018
Then as we got red reminders despite sending readings
We asked the whole case be looked at again

Why are we 52 to 92 to 151 Despite being without the Emerson

Why did the electrical visit last week say we would have hot water if corroded gas basement was sorted
It's looking like we are being misinformed
