There are prickly bushes at the front of the bus stop on the A923 at Kettins Road end. It is difficult to use the bus stop without being jabbed by the bush.

Parking and causing a hazard near a junction, 17th October
Cars park at this junction very near to it, causing an obstruction for vehicles pulling in off the bypass, as there is a factory just at this junction lorries are often entering and leaving and there is very little space if these cars are parked so close to the junction. This has been a long running issue and has been reported to the community police but they say it is a council problem, there have been a lot of near misses as there is a car park and another road near this junction where cars will just pull out of and also stop to let the factory workers out of the vehicles, there have been many near misses and its just a matter of time before there is a serious accident. No parking on the bridge at the junction would help considerably.

Car abandoned all year., 26th July
There's a white Ford car at Laing Crescent that has been abandoned and not moved all year. Tyres are flat and it is in the way for locals to park their cars. I haven't seen anyone go in or out of it so I think someone else in town abandoned the car.

Car parked illegally on junction, 19th May
This car has been parked here for 2 weeks, it is parked right on the junction causing an obstruction. Vehicles should be parked at least 10 metres from a junction. This is causing a danger to traffic entering and emerging from Middlehills and Coach Road onto Bogside Road

Parking within turning area, 16th April
Un-taxed, un-insured and un-motd car parked on street taking up parking spaces causing people to park in turning area at top. Cars and vans having to revers down street on to main road. Have witnessed a number of near misses involving both with passing vehicles. Pedestrians and children on bikes. This is an extremely dangerous ongoing problem and is a serious accident waiting to happen!

Blocked Drain, 9th June
The drains outside my property at 67 George street are blocked and are causing an issue when my toilet is flushed, during bad weather the water does not drain away from the toilet fast enough and it fills to almost overflowing, the drains outside and close to the property are flooded. please can you advise.

Water rotting windows, 9th June
For some time now the road outside my property has been in a poor state and puddles form when it rains, I have previously reported this and the drains were cleaned however this did not resolve the problem. I constantly get splashed by the passing traffic as do my windows on my property at 12 Queen street, the situation has become so bad now that the sealing is starting to rot on my windows, it has become necessary to get these checked and potentially replaced, the cost of which I will be claiming from the local council. Please can you advise further on this matter.

Pot Holes, 28th May
The various pot holes in the road outside my house are causing the vehicles to splash water on the windows everytime it is raining, pedestrias are also soaked,the water is causing damage to the building.

Poor road surface, 13th October
The road surface outside 12 queen street is so poor and uneven that when it is raining the water gathers in the road and is constant splashed against the windows of the house. This is causing problems with the stone work of the house becoming wet and loose. Pedestrians are also forced to run the gauntlet to avoid being splashed by the passing cars.
