Mud on road, 31st October
Construction traffic from Pitcrocknie Village (former Glenisla Golf Club) is depositing a large amount of mud on the public road. With early morning temperature being around 0c, the road surface is extremely hazardous. I understand that it is not the councils job to clear up a mess made by others but as the planning authority that grants and polices planning permissions, can the council exert pressure on the developer to take steps to ensure vehicles leaving the site do not cause a hazard to other users of the road?
