The school playground is constantly waterlogged and therefore muddy, meaning children's access to outdoor space is limited and/or potentially unsafe. This has been going on for at least 3 years, since we moved to the area.

The playground is one big mud bath and an unsafe place for the children to play in., 25th February
This long standing problem of the state of Kirkmichael primary school playground has progressively become worse over the years. Now it is so bad that it is a dangerous and unsafe environment for children to play in. Each day the children come home from school covered in mud and many are slipping and falling in it. My son had his two front teeth knocked out in March last year as a result of slipping in the mud while on a seesaw. I would respectfully ask that priority is given to this dire situation. Thank you.
