Large pot hole right in front of my house, about 20 inches diameter, community complaining as they keep driving into it., 21st August
This pot hole started small, about a year ago, but has got bigger and bigger, so folks are now complaining about it. Other holes are bad round the corner in front of the village hall too! I went away for 3 weeks and got back yesterday and shocked how big it has become!

There are a number of very deep pot holes on the same stretch of road, there is also another large pot hole on the entrance to Toberonochy village, all on the Isle of Luing, 8th September
These potholes are a continuing problem, and we have been waiting for over 12 months for Argyll & Bute to make a culvert over the road, so that running water from the hills does not keep breaking the road up. It is a single track road, and used by every kind of vehicle travelling to and fro to the village of Cullipool. The council are aware of the pot holes, as I know two people who have reported them over 10 days ago, but still nothing has been done. Sorry I do not have a photo of them.

Dangerous uneven road and many large pot holes, 18th February
Isle of Luing needs urgent road repairs. Please can A&B send the maintenance urgently. Large pot holes still need repairing outside Sea Drift, Glasford, School House and Green Garden. Also on the road from the Fire station to the shop, there is part of the road very uneven and moving, as if water is underneath it and it could cave in this is on the bend near Bardrishaig, heading for Fladda.

Isle of Luing Street Lighting, 9th January
There is a street lamp which has been out of order for a number of weeks, at Cuan Ferry, Isle of Luing. This is causing a problem for the ferry crew and passengers. Please can you get this repaired as quickly as possible.

Isle of Luing, 9th January
There are lots of serious pot holes on the island, particularly on the road to Cullipool from the shop and into the village. A very large hole is outside Carraig Beag and Seadrift, and another one outside Green Garden (close to the boatyard), there are also many others. Please can you urgently send the team to come on the island and fix all these dangerous potholes.

4 Pot Holes to be filled, 4th December
The 4 pot holes are outside my house 11 Cullipool Village, and the public telephone box. Traffic in and out the village have to pass my door and turn into the narrow streets, the holes are getting deeper and deeper. There are lots of holes in the roads all over the Island of Luing. Please come and fix them.

Potholes to be filled in, 12th November
There are potholes on all the roads on the island, but one has appeared outside my house No.11) where vehicles turn into the street opposite. It is getting bigger everyday
