This street light sometimes comes in & at other times doesnt, 30th April
This street lamp is situated on the edge of the playing field & should be on for the safety of people walking along late at night. Sometimes it comes on & at other times doesn’t come on at all. This has been a problem for the last few weeks & has also been a problem in the past with this particular lamp. Please could it be looked at as soon as possible.

They keep getting knocked down., 29th April
The problem is that cars come off the roundabout in a single lane, then get 2 lanes for 50m and then are redirected back to one. Some people can’t handle this. Block the whole damn lot off. This isn’t rocket science.

Pothole at entrance to church, school & public foot path, 29th April
There is a pothole at the entrance to the St Thomas More church, school and public right of way. The hole measures 95cm long by 50cm wide by 8cm deep. Given the heavy pedestrian traffic at this point it is urgent that this hole be repaired. It is possible that this entrance is used for vehicles turning at the end of the access/service road to return south along the Oxford Road rendering the surface more vulnerable.

Back-filled strip across cycle path has sunk below path, 29th April
There are a number of places where the cycle path has been dug through and then back-filled. Most of the back-fills are level enough with the surrounding path, but one is really too sunken and is probably only going to get worse. (The picture doesn't show this very well, but try cycling over it and you will see. One cyclist has had a tyre blow out because of it. There's a risk, especially in the dark, that a cyclist will be thrown.)

The drain in front of house no 30 Yarnton road is cleared, but there is water all over resident driveway. the drain is a little bit higher then the road and this is not allowing the water flow into the drain, 29th April

Extremely dangerous bollard set-up, 27th April
This is the second time in under 72 hours that vehicles have crashed with the bollards on the Woodstock Road. I reported the first one on Thursday, nothing has been dealt with and the job has been closed. There has now been a second crash today (see images) as there is confusion with whether the left hand lane is open or not. I myself nearly just got in a crash too as a vehicle came up on the left hand side because they thought it was open. The bollards do not have sand bags in them to hold them down, nor lights or signage to draw attention to them. There should also be a speed limit restriction, 50mph is dangerous. This needs immediate attention.

A40, towards Oxford. Big square pothole on on the road, 27th April
There has been a big square pothole on the A40, towards Oxford for months. It isn't possible to stop to take a photo. As it's in the middle of the live lane. My wife has hit the pothole the other day. Car needs to go and get tyres/suspension etc checked

Highway tree overgrowing property., 26th April
An oak tree is over grown into the property of sunrise cottage (the gables). I spoke to someone at Ron Groves House last year and they advised someone would come out to trim back and this has not been done

Vehicle hit bollard and sign, 25th April
I heard a loud noise from my house and looked out to see that the sign had been knocked over (and seems broken) and the bollard had moved as well as the light on top of it. Not sure how as did not see it happen.

Unfinished tarmacing, 25th April
All of the pavements were fairly recently re done, there was a lavender plant planted on my property that was hanging over the pavement, I am severely disabled and couldn't get anyone to cut it back at the time the council were resurfacing the path. This is directly next to my pathway to my bungalow, it is a major tripping risk and can't believe that they went around my plant. This plant has now been removed completely only to reveal the true mess that has been left. I use a 4 wheeled walker so this is so unsafe and will end up causing an accident, if not by myself, one of my neighbours may trip on. Its not only a mess its unsafe especially with this area having elderly and disabled people living in. Please send some men to come and complete the job that was so badly done. Broken Fence behind garages, 24th April
There is a broken fence behind the garages in our road (the homestead OX5 1SS) that people are using as a short cut through our car park, there is broken fence panels on the floor and our car has been vandalised with scratches multiple times

Dangerous hanging of branches, 24th April
The trees along side the very narrow pathway are over hanging and blocking the path, forcing the public on to the road. dangerous corner and cars speed at over 20 miles an hour. unsure who is responsible as these trees are over the boundary for the property. main route to school, so children are forced into traffic.

Rats, 23rd April
Please see photo of rat pokeing it’s head through my fence panel from the dual carriage way side .We have noticed more rats on our property since the gully has been cleared out .please advise on the way forward.
