Dog poo outside on path and all in drive way of the owners property, 5th May
This dog owner lets his dogs foul all over the path way and into the alley way leading to the park nearby and nothing gets done about it. It’s disgusting that poo gets left like this so obviously and he isn’t getting caught for not picking up his dog poo

Water streaming down the path, 4th May
It has been couple of weeks of the water steaming down the path with constant flow which make this path unusable. I’ve observed this water flow for few weeks and it doesn’t increase or decrease in the rainy days so this might indicate some other problems

Fence about to collapse, 3rd May

Missing grip strips on bridge, 3rd May
This is a fairly new bridge but most of the grip strips on each slat, have been missing for a few weeks, causing the bridge to be very slippery when wet. During walking my child to school in wet weather this morning, I slipped on this bridge and injured my knee.

Fly-tipping by occupants of 33 Church Hill every week, 2nd May
The occupants of 33 Church Hill, Cowley, fly-tip business packaging and household waste on the public footpath by the derelict house next to their home 2-3 times a week. I see them doing it regularly and their names and address are on the packaging. They seem to be running an import-export business in designer goods from home - should they be paying business rates to dispose of packaging? They choose not to sort their household waste into their bins - they just tip it in or around the street bin. Should HMOs pay more council tax because of the mess they make which the Council has to clear up? The mess encourages their neighbours to do the same. It has been happening every week since I moved to the neighbourhood 3 years ago.

Barrier is illegal under Equalities Act - current diversion on the ringroad means there is no accessible route for wheelchair users or disabled cyclists, 2nd May
This barrier is not accessible to wheelchair users or to disabled cyclists using adapted bikes/trikes (quite apart from not being accessible to buggies, cargobikes, trailers). This has long been the case (and needs rectifying, but the current closure of the ringroad cycle path has brought it to my attention requires pedestrians and cyclists to use this cut-through as the official diversion, leaving anyone with accessibiity needs trapped on the ringroad and required to walk round a miles-long detour. It is very clear under the Equalities Act 2010 that barriers of this type are discriminatory and violate S. 20.3 of this act. I would be grateful if the Council could confirm that they plan to take action to bring this barrier in alignment with this legislation
