Trip hazard, 30th April
Today I tripped on an uneven area of paving slabs. My right foot was caught on an uneven slab outside Costa Coffee as you cross the London Road Windmill Road junction. Having been unbalanced by the uneven slabs I fell forward onto my left hand and left hip, also hitting my forehead on the BT junction box outside Costa Coffee. It took four people to life me up as I was dazed. After I'd recovered (I only had bruising and pain but others in the same situation might have broken a hip) I took photographs. The area is at the end of a grooved part of the pavement designed either as a rainwater channel or a textured surface for the visually impaired. Where it meets a square metal and concrete area set into the pavement the slab has sunk in one corner producing a 'lip' between that and the next slab. In the photo you can see a dark patch/marking in the corner of the sunken slab, Without rectification I think this could be a serious trip hazard to other pedestrians.

There is no Signpot at the field, 29th April
I am writing to inform you that we live in the Bushey Lyse Close, OX3 9NJ area. Several motorcyclists come to the field next to our house and significantly disturb the neighborhood.
They have damaged the field by performing stunts and using insulting language. This unprofessional behavior by the motorcyclists has created a very unpleasant situation in our neighborhood. We have reported the issue to the police office, but action has yet to be taken.
This antisocial behavior has affected the entire neighborhood. We hope that action can be taken to prevent these motorcyclists from entering the field.
Additionally, a signpost at the field entrance indicating that it is not a place for motorcyclists would be greatly appreciated. None of the motorcycles display plate numbers, and all appear above 400cc.
I appreciate some action to be taken.

6 inch wide and deep hole in pavement outside no.19 Staunton Road, 29th April
The hole appeared suddenly a couple of nights ago and adjoins a patch of pavement that has been subsiding for some time. It seems as if the fill under the tarmac is disintegrating or being washed away. It could be related to a problem with the foul drain outfall from my house which passes close to the hole and had become blocked by fill type material washed down an old vent pipe. Coincidentally I saw a child trip over the hole earlier today- it is a well used route to local schools.
