Overgrown and neglected hedge, 25th April
Over the years I have observed the hedge on the other side of Cogges Hill Road being trimmed (usually twice a year). However the hedge on the side of the road indicated has not/never been trimmed. Both hedges are outside the property boundaries and both have pavements. Can you explain why this is not part of your maintenance routine please.

Potholes in left hand lane near the lay by before Witney turn, 24th April
These potholes have been getting worse. I reported and received an update to say these had been fixed yesterday but they were still there on my drive to work this morning. One is getting very deep now

As a nearby resident (Ducklington Lane, Witney), I am concerned by the vast amounts of dead ivy located on many of the trees within this area. The ivy is unsightly, and affecting the overall health of many trees within the Ducklington Lane area. Many dead trees can also be located within the area, causing an eyesore and health and safety issues for pedestrians. It doesn't appear as though the issues have been addressed within the last 12 months - should routine inspections be carried out? If so, how often do these take place and who is responsible for conducting these inspections? A unknown Vehicle has struck and dislodged the post and disturbed the slabs surrounding it - the post has been removed by UBICO employee and taken to their depot. Footpath fallen into poor condition between Bishops Farm Mill and Windrush Leisure Centre, 24th April
The footpath on the East side of Witan Way between Bishops Farm Mill and the Windrush Leisure Centre is in poor condition. The old wooden siding is poking out of the ground in places and needs to be removed and/or replaced. A new layer of hard-core needs to be installed along the length of the path as it becomes muddy and treacherous in wet weather

Footpath completely overgrown, 19th April
This pavement is supposed to be equally divided into a cycle path and a footpath for pedestrians. All the way along the distance of Station Lane between the crossroads and The Leys, the footpath half of the pavement is almost completely overgrown.

Pothole quite deep, 18th April
There is a pothole that has not been marked in the road between the buttercross and town hall on side of road nearest to buttercross between the high street turn and right hand turn down to church green.this pothole i have only recently noticed so think a new one this is only a short stretch of road so should be easy to find

Abandoned wheelie bin, 17th April
This bin does not appear to be associated with any resident, it is not emptied and hasn't moved for over a year. It is half full of stagnant water with rubbish floating in it, it has no lid.

Tree branches in roadway, 15th April
Tree branches are growing into the roadway, narrowing the usable space for wider vehicles (HGVs) and striking their mirrors forcing them out further into the middle of the road. There is also a tree branch hanging down that is progressively getting lower and being struck by tall vehicles, which will either cause damage to those tall vehicles or will be broken off by them and pose a hazard to all vehicles.
