Path is becoming completely overgrown. I understand the house is unoccupied but it needs some work to tidy up and ensure access for those using the path is not affected. I am pretty sure they paths are the responsibility of the council. A few years back the council came and cleared all along West End and it looked lovely after.

Farmers Close No lighting, 26th April

Overgrown and neglected hedge, 25th April
Over the years I have observed the hedge on the other side of Cogges Hill Road being trimmed (usually twice a year). However the hedge on the side of the road indicated has not/never been trimmed. Both hedges are outside the property boundaries and both have pavements. Can you explain why this is not part of your maintenance routine please.

A unknown Vehicle has struck and dislodged the post and disturbed the slabs surrounding it - the post has been removed by UBICO employee and taken to their depot. Footpath fallen into poor condition between Bishops Farm Mill and Windrush Leisure Centre, 24th April
The footpath on the East side of Witan Way between Bishops Farm Mill and the Windrush Leisure Centre is in poor condition. The old wooden siding is poking out of the ground in places and needs to be removed and/or replaced. A new layer of hard-core needs to be installed along the length of the path as it becomes muddy and treacherous in wet weather

Appalling road service and holes, 23rd April
This is just getting worse. Cars and bikes swerve to miss this. It's on the road where you turn for Cogges Hill Rd. Told it's been investigated and down to mend but that was weeks ago. Really needs mending asap

Grass has grown too long, 23rd April
As a result of long grass at junction of Pensclose with Newland it is proving very difficult to see out of junction when accessing road and heading to Witney. This is a busy junction with cyclists, buses and cars
