Deep pothole(s)/severely degraded road surface, 30th March
As you can see from what remains of my rear wheel, there is deep pothole which has caused massive damage to two of my wheels and tyres. As a result I have two tyres which are under a month old ruined and two buckled alloy wheels. This road is in a very poor state of repair from sun's tew all the way to ardley.

Deep jagged pothole plus smaller one and public highway degrading and sinking, 21st March
The pothole is dangerous and could effect health and safety outside No 1 and 2 George and Dragon Close. I have filled it myself with old ashfault compacted earth and sand which remains in place for only 24 hours. The roadway has been damaged by passing HGV's normally going to the new Cala homes site in Fewcott Road, plus East Street is used as a rat run if the M40 is subjected to disruption on occasions.

Exiting Fritwell towards Souldern just after motorway bridge large pothole 400mm wide x 900mm long x 70mm deep. Punctured my left rear tyre immediatley., 18th March
This road is in poor condition, this particular pothole cannot be seen due to water and road colour. When two cars pass each other you have no choice but to hit it without knowing.

This pothole has been here for some considerable time. Traffic has been hitting it and there has been tyre damage. Needs attention asap

Poor road surfaces, 12th March
The majority of the roads in Fritwell are a disgrace. There are so many/ too many to highlight on a map. The pot holes and poor road surfaces appear generally around the village especially on East Street , Fewcott Road and coming onto Hodgson Close.
The new Stable Gate and lorries are making the situation worse and the heavy traffic is contributing to the pot holes and damaged road surfaces.
Over the past few years Fewcott has had their roads resurfaced twice and Fritwell remains untouched .

Enormous pot hole on Somerton Road, 12th March

Blocked drain, covered by mud and grass, road floods, 24th February
This was previously reported but was not rectified.
Every time it rains the road floods and rises up the drive of number 56. It also deposits a large amount of mud around where the drain is. The drain currently cannot be seen under mud and grass.

4ft x 4 inch deep pothole on entry to Fritwell, 23rd February
This pothole is on the road leading into Fritwell when coming from Souldern. It is located shortly before the lay-by/field entry and ahead of the 20mph speed limit.
As a result of this pothole remaining for months, it has led to my wheel becoming terminally damaged due to becoming cracked and buckled beyond repair.
