Road surface, 21st April
This section of road towards the bottom of Mill Lane never gets swept by the road sweeper. Consequently dirt and mud have built up over the years and have led to this section of the highway becoming a dirt track. I have swept this many times and tried to keep the gutter clear to allow water to find it's way to the drain. When it rains heavily, debris is washed down from further up the lane which doesn't help. I have also taken to using weedkiller as so much mud and dirt has accumulated that grass and other weeds grow on and into the road surface. Please can this be cleared either manually or by the road sweeper? Residents are happy to move their vehicles to allow a thorough sweep and removal of excess material. Many thanks ??

Old road sign Road behind Sainsbury’s, 19th April
The road running from the roundabout off to the road which runs behind Sainsbury’s has an old one way sign showing however when approaching the road from the other direction there is no sign to say it’s one way???? Cars using as two way road but sign saying at the roundabout end that it is one way???? Causing confusion to traffic

Abandoned vehicles, 18th April
2 cars parked on Roper Rd one by kids playing park and the other on the opposite side of the Rd, registration plates are V289MGO and UFZ2652 been sat with flat tyres ect for a long period of time, one had not had MOT or Tax for a couple of years the other has no MOT, ironically they are both insured.

Pot holes constantly growing in number and size, one gets patched and a couple weeks later another is there, then the one that gets poorly patched starts crumbling again

Virtually no existent road markings, 1st April
The road markings at the junction or Lower Heyford Road and Station road are virtually gone. I personally have had near misses with cars cutting across in front of me as there are no clear markings at the junction

Continued surface water not drainng, 1st April
This junction is continual having issues with retained surface water, even after a normal rain shower. The picture shows the amount of water the day after rain. It is known for the water to expanded into Lower Heyford road increasing the potential for an accident with vehicles either swerving to the other side of the road to avoid it, or braking suddenly. There have been near misses and only a matter of time before there is a serious accident.

Entrance off Camp Road to access numbers 140, 142, 144, 16, 28th March
The entrance off Camp Road to 140, 142, 144, 146 is far too small and is only wide enough for 1 vehicle. We live at 140 and therefore have to drive past 142, 144 and 146 to reach our driveway. It is often likely for valid reasons that the access might be blocked due to these houses parking to offload, deliveries or visitors. It is of particular concern to 140 as my dad suffered a major heart attack almost a year ago. The paramedics were unable to drive close as possibly to 140 due to restricted access. The paramedics strongly suggested for us to get in touch with the developer or the council to provide direct access onto Camp Road. I communicated this to Bovis and they informed me that this would be in the council's remit and not ours.
Every other house on Camp Road has an entrance point per 2 houses, however we are for some reason sharing a single access point for four houses. This is a serious matter from health point of view for my father. Other concerns include delivery vans turning away due to restricted access resulting in extra payments to get them to deliver our goods. It is really not practical and from a mental health point of view gives me as a carer anxiety.

Poor quality of road, 28th March
This long stretch of road out of Upper Heyford towards Ardley is of very poor quality. Multiple potholes in this stretch of road and due to the bend in the road and not being able to see round the corner when driving, this is a very dangerous hazard when trying to avoid the poor quality road to protect our vehicles. This is been like this for a long time (multiple years) and is constantly getting worse, especially with the amount of transport lorries passing through Heyford. This should be completely resurfaced and not patch repaired as you have previously completed in the past as the repairs do not last.

Sign needs sorting before it flies away in high winds and really hurts someone.
