Various deep potholes/damaged drain cover, 21st March
Various DEEP potholes in road outside The Forge (Pure indulgence beauty spa). Have been there a few months now. Drain cover dipping in road. Potholes deep and damaging car tyres. May not be visible if cars parked outside building, but when they are not that side of road is best avoided to drive on as damaging car tyres.

Big drop in the road surface for more than 1 m, probably 4-6 inches deep, 11th March
The road surface has again dropped - there is another part of the road that I have reported this for. This is more than a pot hole, and is deep enough to cause significant damage to a car if driven over at all but low speed. This has been in this state ever since we moved in in October 2019, and I would expect before then.

Very long hole in the road surface, 11th March
The road surface has dropped by about 6 inches for a long stretch on this part of the lane, and further on (reported separately). This is more than a pot hole, and is deep enough to cause significant damage to a car if driven over at all but low speed. This has been in this state ever since we moved in in October 2019, and I would expect before then.

Pothole on bend, 29th January
There is a fairly deep pothole on the inside of this blind corner. This pushes cars out into the centre of the road and into conflict with anyone coming round the corner in the opposite direction.

Leak from Thames Water sub station, 12th January
There is a leak from the Thames water station. There is always a puddle on the adjacent road, and now it is a significant hazard as it freezes over night. This week there was a severe car accident when a car came from the motorway bridge into the village and hit the ice. Please can you investigate the leak thank you

Road suface failed down lane, 23rd October
The road surface down BlackBull Lane has a lot of cracking and sinking creating drops in particular just before North End House there is a significant drop that catches the bottom of your car, you have to drive to the left of it towards the drive to avoid this.

Previous road works damaged hard standing, 20th October
Road contractors used the community woods hard standing as a base and when left and removed waste have removed hard standing, so concerete hard standing needs replacing. also manhole is now exposed and raised near the road edge, which is dangerous for road users as it’s an unlit road and also near the entrance. Could cause an accident

Subsidence after manhole cover, 25th September
This was reported some.time ago but is steadily getting worse.
The road has sunk after an manhole cover at the road margin as you head out of Fencott towards Charlton. It's forcing traffic out into the road and when traffic meets at that point, causing cars to veer off line. I watched a skip nearly take off the back of a lorry as the driver failed to avoid to dip.
