Reported to Cllrs by nearby residents. These barriers placed some 9 months ago around a broken " manhole cover". Resident reported responsibility denied by highways Thames Water but claimed by Sanctuary Housing. Highways placed barriers around Site is covered with long grass. Sanctuary covered place with boarding which was stolen. A hidden problem which has been raised by 2 local residents Sunday 5 th May.

Large pothole just before traffic light crossing, 5th May
There is a sizeable pothole towards the centre of the road opposite londis that causes people to swerve to avoid there have been a number of faults with the road surface in this area lately with some previous repairs.

There is a large pothole in the centre of the road at the bridge Street junction with Station Approach road quite a hit when going over it.

Hedge line and trees growing over carriageway., 5th May
The trees and hedge need trimming nack from the carriageway. They stick out in places up to a metre and make passing oncoming traffic difficult especially if other vehicles are parked on the opposite side of road.

Overgrown hedge, 4th May
The hedge is never looked after and as a result has now taken up over two thirds of the footpath and forcing pedestrians to walk on the grass and most often muddy verg close too the road.
Fair way. also on the corner of mold crescent / fairway is another overgrown hedge that has almost taken up the entire footpath

This drain blockage has been a long-standing problem and the drain needs to be unblocked. The highways drain is opposite my house, no 20, between Berrymoor Road and the entrance to the College.

This is one of the deepest potholes I have seen and it’s on a very busy road. If unseen at night it would so a lot of damage to cars and dismount motorcyclists or cyclists. Very dangerous
