Illegal pavement parking, 29th April
The resident of Eastgate House, 1-2 High Street, Wallingford, is under the impression that the pavement outside his front door, on a public footpath, is his own private parking space. There is CCTV on the opposite side of the road. This public footpath leads to Wallingford Bridge where it finishes, and members of the public have to cross over at the traffic lights to continue over the bridge. It is already a dangerous area for all users of the public path, including for pushchairs and wheelchairs (also Thames Path walkers) and you can only see what traffic is coming over the bridge from Crowmarsh side by reaching the end of the footpath. His car is parked there regularly but I have not recorded dates. It was definitely there: 2/3/24 2.30-7.45pm 21/4/24 4.30pm 28/4/24 5.45-6.30pm 29/4/24 11am (these are just times I have been passing and remembered to take a note). It is often there a considerable part of the day. He is not disabled neither is it being used for loading/unloading.

Bind weed & ivy, 28th April
Owners at 13 St Georges Road are letting bind weed and ivy grow over their fence and neighbours fences. It's starting to cause issues with the fences and onto the public paths now. It has got really bad and really needs sorting out and treating

Grate has come away from the footpath, 25th April
The grate was broken now fallen away which has left a deep gully and very dangerous trip hazard it has been reported on a number of occasions and nothing has ben done about it. a lady has tripped again today and caused a lot of damage and discomfort to herself. please rectify this danger before someone get even more seriously hurt

10 inch pothole, 19th April
There are several large potholes at the entrance to Clapcot Way from St George's Road and more large potholes as you go down the road towards St Nicholas road, also at this point we have no tarmac on the road and it is all dangerous for me in my mobility scooter.

An overgrown bush/ Tree, 18th April
I have contacted you on a couple of occasions about this bush on the corner of Charter way. It needs cutting back, a couple of years ago it was cut back but not on the road side( they did the wrong side) as it over hangs the pathway and obstructs the path , people including school children have to walk into the road. Currently there are no leaves on it but soon will be and this could cause a nasty accident I welcome your comments as this really does need cutting back and taking the height of it down Kindest regards Caroline Hill
