Growth of vegetaion on so called sound barrier, 9th May
Tge growth is so out of control that it is causing damage to my property (139 Long Lane, Chadderton). I have already needed to replace perimeter fencing to the rear of my property because the growth has caused damage and now it is also damaging perimeter fencing at the front. I have also needed to replace a shed due to overgrowth causing damage and damp. Please can you send someone to cut back the trees and shrubs as a matter of urgency as my property is being invaded detrimentally.

Trailer parked, 8th May
There is a trailer parked for at least 6 moths or more and not moved from there and it’s obstructing the footpath and the paling space is taken by this trailer for many months, there a car parked I front of the trailer to block the trailer to get stolen and that car is also parked on a wrong place and it’s untaxed but still driven by owner time to time without road tax . The owner lives at 81 Manchester road Oldham in a flat upstairs and not willing to move the trailer or the car and bluntly violating the law and doesn’t care despite he got fine a few times for his untaxed cars parked up there ( they buy and sell cars and use this space for business apparently) it requires your immediate attention and I’d request you to take action against this unlawful act which has been going on continuously fior many months thank you

Dangerous parking obscuring view from junction exit, 20th April
This truck or a similar one from the same organisation had been parked here every evening and weekend for at least the last week. The van is parked by a local resident outside of working hours and is not being used in conjunction with any work taking place.
The vehicle is parked on the pavement side of double yellow lines between the junction of Selkirk Road and Whitegate Lane, and the roundabout joining Thompson lane, Eaves lane and Whitegate lane.
The junction of Selkirk Road and Whitegate lane is difficult at the best of times as cars coming down Thompson lane at speed (and often not indicating) make it dangerous, however, with repeated parking such as this on the pavement as shown it completely blocks the view of cars coming down Thompson lane, making it extremely difficult and dangerous to pull out from the junction.

School staff parking on road whilst car park isnt full causing parking problems for residents!!!, 14th March
We have had ongoing issues with school staff parking on the road instead of their school car park. Some come in as early as 8.15am and park on the road instead of going to their car park that is provided for them! I have emailed the head which she had said she will work together in harmony to resolve this but there still isn't any changes! These photos are taken from 1st Dec 2023 and we are into march 2024. I gave it months to see improvement but there isn't any and some days there are upto 10 school staff cars parked causing issues for residents to park!! Theres photos attached of the school car park that's not even full! Maybe due to weather conditions it's understandable but it's everyday an issue. This shouldn't be the case if a school car park is provided for their staff! It's all the lazy staff that park closer to school entrance and strolling in minutes before 9am!! They are parked on road and some don't leave until late!!! I asked the headteacher if the staff can be considerate and mindful of us residents to park in there car park due to elderly parents and young children that we have and some days we have to park 2 or 3 streets away! I have emailed her again last week and shes not bothered to reply back! I understand its a public road but surely the staff should be using there facility that is in place for them!!
