Most of the road is covered in potholes and loose gravel where after roadworks the authority has attempted to repair the road but it has been left worse than before pot holes loose chippings etc ., 17th April
The whole road needs resurfacing in a professional manner. The pot holes are everywhere. Last week whilst cycling along here the uneven surface caused me to fall from my bike injuring my hand as I fell.

Pot holes getting worse, 16th December
This is a single track lane so these potholes are unavoidable for passing cars and householders are parked at the side. My windscreen had a crack which I had to replace and I think it was from a passing motorist because my car is parked here.

Blocking and parking across residents drives and dropped curbs, 18th September
Daily, during term time, strangers are parking and blocking my driveway, which is a dropped curb, stopping access on/off the drive, as well as parking on dropped curbs. It also blocks my view in/out of my drive which is dangerous for pedestrians passing by and other oncoming traffic.
I have, several times, politely asked people not to park across the drive and block me in/out, put a sign requesting people not park and contacted the school headmistress at St John’s Primary School (opposite) on several occasions to ask parents/guardians not to park across local residents driveways. I have asked parents to not park their car across my drive, but as soon as they move, a new car comes and it is a repetitive cycle. I don’t wish to have any difficulties accessing my home and I should be able to come and go without people blocking me in/out. Despite these efforts, the matter continues at school drop off (between 8.30-9am) and school pick up (between 2.40-3.20pm). I have asked the school to speak to parents but the issue has gone on for over a year and it is not resolving.

Grids/Gullys, 20th June
All grid/gullys between Toll House (62) and the Royal George Manchester Rd Greenfield are blocked o=and or Stinking foul. (Gas board emergency and Fire brigade called out on 17th June) Several YEARS ago they were diagnosed by the council engineer (after jetting and camera search at the time that the one outside 62 was not actually connected to the new sewer pipe (broke) and another was covered over with Tarmac during the sewer pipe renewal works. The council Highway/ grid dep have been informed many, many times over the years and have done nothing to remedy the problems which is a great health and safety issue to my wife and I who are both elderly vulnerable people
