Massive hole, 2nd February
Pothole is roughly over a foot wide and 9” wide Very deep and causing damage to cars There are several other potholes from Denshaw village to the top of the hill that need repairing

Flytipping of building waste, 31st January
Last week someone dumped plasterboards on the moorland and this has since been added to by someone who has dumped old oil drum and contents of their garage?? Please can this be removed asap before it enters the river systems. There is also a large amount of mud on the road approaching this site - even though council cleared it just last week. Is someone tipping?

Depression in road surface causing loud disturbances when large and ‘clattering’ vehicles pass over it. This happens all times of day. Although the depression is not particularly noticeable visually, you certainly know it’s there when a vehicle passes over it., 22nd August
The depression has been an annoying problem for some considerable time but has become much worse in recent weeks. HGVs, vehicles with trailers and loose loads are the worst for creating loud bangs, and these are always made worse by vehicles breaking the 30mph speed limit, which is a fairly high percentage.

Dangerous pot hole, 26th December
Reported this 3 times now and still not fixed, I know 2 cars have hit the hole and caused their tyre to pop, the road needs repairing properly this time and not patching up like keeps happening

There is an enormous pothole here which looks to be around 20cm + deep.

Overhanging shrubs and trees the entire length of dark lane and broad lane, 18th November
It is now impossible to drive down Broad Lane and Dark Lane without our cars being scratched on unkempt bushes and trees. They also obstruct the vision of oncoming traffic on this single track road. My car is covered in scratches and I have only had it a few months. It seems much work has been done in Spring Wood estate and new fences etc have been installed, but no maintenance is ever done to these lanes above Spring Wood.

Continuous speeding cars over 60/80mph every weekend and evenings, 23rd March
Ive lived in Denshaw on Huddersfield road for nearly two years and i feel a soeed camera is needed in and out of the village. Cars lorrys bikes and trucks are constantly over the speed limit thru the village. Some cars at night race and overtake each other at 60mph + They race from denshaw junction up toward the resovoirs

Major pothole, 20th May
There is a very large pothole of varying depths virtually outside Denshaw School. This is very hard to avoid due to its central position on the road. This has been there fo a number of weeks and not repaired when other potholes in the road have been.
