Orchan road junction......, 14th March
The junction at Orchan road to the main road the road surface is poor. Lorries... buses (yellow buses) ect reverse to turn round frequently...hence the condition of the junction......no good patching it up with low grade material as its chewed up and disintigrated after one lorry reverses round to turn round.....

More potholes appearing on Lennox Road, 28th February
We had some potholes filled recently, thanks. However, more are now opening up on Lennox Road.
Noticed most of the main A646 had been done but understandably most of the side streets were not identified. Hence this report.

Drain completely blocked with mud and silt., 28th February
This is the only drain which serves the carpark off Lennox Road accommodating vehicles and foot access for around 45 properties.
Every time it rains, the carpark becomes a flood plain.
Recently with temperatures below zero overnight it is as ice rink in the mornings.
Please can it be dug out / jetted to allow the drain to do it's job.
I don't think this has ever been done in the decade that I've lived here.

Large pothole in road, 9th February
Pothole has got bigger over the last 2 weeks....the road condition is quite poor with several small holes appearing...they will obviously get worse so please fix....

Deep pothole opened up again on Lennox Road, 12th December

Deep Potholes, 28th November
These potholes have been here for several years, and reported serval times. They are getting deeper as people drive over them. They have caused damage to my car and to other people cars.

Building site at 815 Burnley Road, 25th September
Builders are blocking the road with diggers to carry bricks etc. The digger is not coming down a dropped kerb mud, stones and nails are all over the road and pavement, the grids are blocked from the debris. Traffic is being blocked and/or being forced to overtake on a dangerous corner.

Overgrown hedges and ivy, 19th June
Overgrown hedges and ivy ect making the footpath narrow....needs clearing as it is a right of way.... Difficult for mothers with prams or people on mobility scooters. a third at least of the footpath is at the moment lost to overgrown vegetation..... please clear......

Faulty lamppost, 1st April
As you can see, the lamppost is not ok and has not been on for a few months. On a steepnroadblikebthisbone it's a bit of a safety risk especially when it gets cold. I think it's lampost number 5 or 8, I don't fully remember. However, in this position you won't get it mixed up with other lights.

Lamppost faulty, 1st April
As you can see in the image, there's a faulty lamppost with no lighting coming from it. You can also see the ones around it that are well lit. The lamppost ID is in the second photo. This poses as a safety risk as it's incredibly dark here (the camera makes it look like it's more bright than it is).

Collapsed wall, iced roads due to water leak, potholes, 16th January
There is a collapsed wall that has encroached onto the carriageway. The road is currently iced over due to a water leak, reports have been made to the owner of the building however they have not repaired the leak and have stated the ice is not theirs to resolve. There are multiple large potholes that have been growing over the last 6 months, the road is starting to break up.

Sunken Grate/manhole, 7th June
Sunken manhole access cover in the road. Every time the bus or articulated lorry go over it my house shakes... not good please sort it.

Grass verges, 7th June
Grass need cutting. Pulling out of Orchan Road and almost got wiped out by a Mazda MX5 sports car..... Low car and could not see it because the grass has not been cut........

3 to 4 completely blocked drains on the stretch of road across from the school., 29th October
These drains have been blocked for a while now and every time it rains heavily the water just runs down the road causing problems further down. There are more blocked drains further down towards the main road too.

Car always parking on this street like this. No one can see a think when trying to pull out from my side of the street, 26th June
No one can see anything when trying to pull out of thomas street because of how he has parked. He does not life there and is always parking on that spot in that manner.
