The occupier at number 4 since Christmas has repeatedly parked on the double yellow lines at the junction each weekend, as a resident of the street with small children this makes an already difficult junction very dangerous and makes the street into a single lane. Please can you request this is stopped immediately. Thank you

5 or so black bags thrown from Whitworth Road down towards the former railway line. Past the Tesco Express and car wash to the left of the road sign in the picture attached

Cars parking outside house and blocking access to driveway and pedestrian access., 12th October
This problem happens every day. Parents of children try to park as near to the school as possible with no regard for local residents or, it seems, pedestrians. Every day cars are driven onto the kerb with no regard for any one but themself. Yet again I find my driveway blocked by a parent who has parked outside my house and on the pathway.

Impossible to walk past, 4th September
This car is regularly parked across the sidewalk and cannot be passed without walking into the road. It’s bad enough walking this path with my dogs because many others are parked onto the sidewalk but at least I can pass, however awkwardly. Having to walk into the road is dangerous because it’s a busy thoroughfare.

Access to rear of properties, 6th July
These pictures show the state of the rear access of the properties between Whitworth Road and Lytham Street. This is the main access to rear gardens and refuse storage. Putting the bins out for collection is extremely difficult. This has been a permanent feature and is an ongoing issue.

Parking issues, 9th June
Willow View School, Hargate Avenue, Norden, Rochdale. Staff are not using the existing car park and are parking around the school double parking so residents are struggling to get in and out of their drives, the are parking right up to the junction on Downley Close which is on a bend making it dangerous pulling out on to Hargate Avenue. Residents have approached the staff and school on many occasions but they refuse to park considerately. I have also contacted the local counsellors regarding these issues.

Drain collapse, 9th April
The drain has collapsed as a result of what appears to be the fail of the porcelain structure supporting the drain cover.
This is on the pavement outside No. 8 Shawclough Way and has a high level of foot traffic, which could cause a serious injury to someone.
