Public footpath and bridleway blocked by driveway, 10th October
I have reported this months ago and nothing has happened. The owner of a property on Westgate has filled in part of a bridleway public footpath with a driveway. It is made of stones which are now washing down the footpath causing a trip hazard. Also, the water running off it is going along the path causing it to be constantly flooded. This needs addressing as soon as possible

Parts of relayed surface carried out in Sept 2019 has never dried and tar or oil is being walked into our bungalows and it is covering the car tyres, this is not just the heat from the sun although it usually makes things worse. It is mostly evident outside bungalow no. 6 but other parts of the street car park show signs of tyre marks due to the sticky oily tar that is not dry.

Puffic Crossing still out of action after 3 weeks, 27th August
Recently LCC did some resurfacing work on Market Street in Whitworth, and the contractors covered up and disabled the Puffin Crossing near to Hall Street at that time. After over 3 weeks the crossing is still out of action and the lights are still covered, and this is causing great difficulty for pedestrians, particularly at busy times as this is located close to a busy and blind bend, and vehicles come around there at great speed. Not only is this alarming for many older citizens and Mothers with prams, but we'll have have the kids back at school soon, so this will be an added danger for them as well. This crossing closure seems to have been forgotten about, no work has taken place there and there doesn't seem to be any reason why this should not be working again. Does someone have to be killed or injured before anyone takes notice of this?
