Cars continually park in cycle lane., 9th May
I have left this unreported for far too long. It is not just the car in the photo (so I'm not specifically blaming that person) but several of those living in the row that regularly park into the cycle lane at a pinch point on a fast downhill road and I have had several close calls with vehicles driving past at the same time as I need to come out into the road to pass the obstacle. I have taken to indicating out now before moving around the car but at the end of the day I shouldn't need to and the people shouldn't be parking there, a cycle lane is supposed to be a safe space.

Block street, 6th May
My parents live in the corner house and are pensioners. Me and my siblings try visiting them often so we can check up on them however we struggle as their doorway is always blocked as seen in the pictures. We have no emergency exit and is a massive risk as my parents can be rushed for emergency care as my mother has long term illness and could require ambulance at any time. There has been an incident when I stayed at my parents house and I needed to rush out to get her medication but was unable to do so as was blocked my their neighbors. I have on numerous occasions asked them to block an care as this is a health hazard as seen in the picture but they don’t seem to understand hence I need some support for the council for the area to be marked for only my car or my siblings cars to be parked infront of my parents house

Area needs cleaning and signs added to prevent flytipping, 13th April
Been like this for many months. One bin bag is seemingly added every couple months. Would be good if community payback removed the excess soil around the square soil patch and worked the soil. Some local engagement could encourage some gardening and maintenance.

Unlicensed Public Urinal Yorkshire Street entrance to Bull Brow Ginnell, 12th April
Unlicensed Public Urinal Yorkshire Street entrance to Bull Brow Ginnell. The entrance to this alleyway absolutely stinks of urine .Its degenerating into a public health hazard and open sewer.
It is in urgent need of a thorough hose down with industrial quantities of bleach by highway cleaning services !
It also has an abandoned chair thrown behind the installation art installed at the entrance to the alleyway .Not a good look after the £250 MILLION town centre regeneration programme !
Equally the alley stinks of skunk smoke for many parts of the day so some of the year on year increase in local Poll Tax for the Greater Manchester Police policing precept obviously need to be deployed with some actual POLICING so the alley does not become yet another un-policed town centre 'No Go Zone !'
We never see GMP in the area ( except when responding to a crime incident ) and the occasional Cops with Camera patrols are less than useless since they appear to have no interest whatsoever in doing meaningful patrols of the town centre back streets . The situation is becoming a local standing joke amongst the few shoppers who still continue to shop in Rochdale town centre
