Flooding, 9th April
Please find attached two of three videos ( I will send the 3rd later) with regards to storm water escaping from a roadside ditch onto our property ( 5 properties making up the paddocks close Le15 7re) . This has been an ongoing problem for some time now but now it’s potentially a bigger problem due to water entering into the borehole soak away of our newly commissioned sewage treatment plant ( commissioned into service at the beginning of February. As you will see on the video watiis coming directly from the road with nothing being contained in the ditch. Could you arrange a site visit or I could come to your office to discuss this further?

Customer states that the streetlight o/s these properties at the above location is very very faint but believes at this point it might be out completely. The customer states that there has been kids climbing the streelight but there looks to be no external damage however, there is a 30mph sign on the streetlight that has been lowered and turned around.

Junction of High Street and Hill View Rd South Witham NG33 5QB., 18th March
Sewage flowing from large manhole cover in middle of the junction and running into standing water at Junction of High Street and Church Lane. Significant flooding when raining but now continuous regardless of the weather. Problem compounded by standing water not draining at Church Lane. Problem is now 7 days old and no sign of improvement.

Numerous street lights out in the village., 14th March
Light not working in following places. Just as you come into the village from the A1 on the bend with church Lane. Water Lane with the junction of Tollemach Fields the one before and the one after the junction with Tollemach Fields. The maps show the one in Tollemach Fields but I am unable to change position the lights out are on water lane.

I reported this two years ago and report closed before any action. It concerns me no action taken place. National Highways vans regular use this slip road and still no action.
Deterioration is major problem.
