Water leak, 19th March
Running water flowing out of personhole cover in the road. Been like this for many months. Don't know if it is highways problem or Anglian Water. Just been seen whilst out for a drive. It’s great that the drains have been sucked. It might be that the drainage under the road is blocked as the water doesn’t runaway in rain fall. Basically, the drains are not taking the water off the road.

Pothole that I have to keep avoiding when driving down Holywell Road in Castle Bytham. This needs to be repaired and sorted as soon as possible as it will only get worse and is a danger to road users.

Farmer has closed the footpath in the village, 6th March
Farmer has closed off the main footpath in the village and tied round thick steel wire around the gate so it can not be used anymore

Running water on the road, 23rd February
Water is flowing off the field across the verge and onto the road. From here it flows down the road for about 30m before running across the verge on the other side of the road into a ditch. This is a 60mph road on a bend and change of gradients resulting in drivers not seeing it until too late resulting in some cars aqua-planning. This flooding is present for several days after the rain so drivers are not anticipating it as they come around the bend.
