3. Burton-le-Coggles Railway Bridge– thank you for arranging for a gully tanker to go out and clear the water before Christmas, however this flooded again within a couple of days and is now impassable again. Water has been measured at 4ft deep, and there are the access issues for emergency services that I mentioned in my previous email regarding this.

Drainage pipes on Burton Lane, 3rd July
My name is Matthew Johnstone, Planning Enforcement Officer from SKDC and I have been involved with an enforcement case here. I have spoken with the developer of the Land to the North regarding the drains due to a potential breach of planning control. They have stated that the drain under the road appears blocked.
