Continual dog fouling, 19th February
We in Farndon are fedup with people letting their dogs mess everywhere, it is disgusting, and I am sick of having to shift the mess outside my house, it is not my job, and lots of us have complained on the Farndon residents facebook page but it makes no difference.This has been going on for months now.

It displays thick blocks of orange light and no information. If it is supposed to be displaying information, it is not.
