I am an Area Supervisor for the McDonalds at Newark on Lincoln Road NG24 2DB. I have contacted Land Registry and have identified yourselves as the owner of the land including the dyke adjacent to our restaurant. This area has become substantially overgrown and is harbouring rats and vermin. This is detrimental to our restaurant and needs urgent action in order to prevent further problems. We are looking for this matter to be resolved as a matter of urgency due to it being a hazardous area. The issue has been present for some time now and is causing us pest problems. I can provide land documents if necessary.

Pot Holes Galore, 21st March

Overgrown trees caused 10 hour power cut
Trees on your land (confirmed by Notts County Council Via) on Newark Road, caused damage to power transformer on 13 Nov, resulting in a 10 hour power cut to over 200 houses. Please ensure these trees are cut back as soon as possible, we do not want a repeat of this next time we have a windy day.

This sliproad backs up onto the short A1 sliplane, 1st November
A left turn slip lane onto A17 (Beacon Hill Road) would allow left turning traffic to turn when the right hand turning traffic is holding up the flow of traffic off the A1. There is space on the verge to implement this and it will improve the safety of the A1 at this junction.
