Overgrown vegetation and pest problem, 16th April
I am an Area Supervisor for the McDonalds at Newark on Lincoln Road NG24 2DB. I have contacted Land Registry and have identified yourselves as the owner of the land including the dyke adjacent to our restaurant. This area has become substantially overgrown and is harbouring rats and vermin. This is detrimental to our restaurant and needs urgent action in order to prevent further problems. We are looking for this matter to be resolved as a matter of urgency due to it being a hazardous area. The issue has been present for some time now and is causing us pest problems. I can provide land documents if necessary.

A46 Exit of Collingham roundabout to Lincoln A46, 9th November
The Tree on the exit to Lincoln is now grown over the edge of the verge and overhanging the kerb .
The tree branches will soon force you to take a wider exit, to avoid the branches this will become dangerous as cars exit the roundabout using both lanes,
You should not be relying on heavy goods vehicles to keep trees and bushes from encroaching onto the sides of A roads and Dual Carriageways.

Traffic control required, 28th November
I am travelling through here from Sleaford to the east via A17 mon-fri and trying to enter the roundabout is proving dangerous particularly during rush hour. The three lanes of traffic on the A46 to the right is so busy that if a vehicle holds traffic there by exiting from the Newark side onto the A17 there is barely enough time for a vehicle to get out before a vehicle in lane two of the A46 has taken off at speed and is bearing down on you.Add to that drivers travelling round the roundabout from Newark not indicating and you have a recipe for disaster.I do not understand why traffic lights are not installed at this roundabout.
