Overgrown vegetation and pest problem, 16th April
I am an Area Supervisor for the McDonalds at Newark on Lincoln Road NG24 2DB. I have contacted Land Registry and have identified yourselves as the owner of the land including the dyke adjacent to our restaurant. This area has become substantially overgrown and is harbouring rats and vermin. This is detrimental to our restaurant and needs urgent action in order to prevent further problems. We are looking for this matter to be resolved as a matter of urgency due to it being a hazardous area. The issue has been present for some time now and is causing us pest problems. I can provide land documents if necessary.

Mud on the pavement/cycle path crossing, 9th January
There’s a build up of wet mud on the traffic light crossing pedestrian area on the west side (Sugar Beet side). This is a cycle path and is really slippery. It’s the worst place for it to be, when it’s a place you need traction the most.
