Overgrown trees and plants blocking footpath, 27th August
Has been the case for a long time, I've reported it before and I think it has been cleared once in about 3 years. It can be dangerous having to walki in the road because the footpath is blocked.

Over hanging trees and shrubbery and debris on the footpath., 10th July
This was reported on the 15th May 2023 and nothing has been done! On entering Maun View Gardens on the left hand side of the path all the way down to the public bridleway there are over hanging trees, branches and shrubbery which have become hazardous for pedestrians and vehicle's making it almost impossible to walk on the footpath without tripping, slipping or loosing an eye... Please can you resolve this issue or pass it onto the relevant persons thank you.

Silver Astra reg FN57 LZT left outside property making it dangerous to get out of drive car had no MOT and is causing anxiety and stress to elderly lady when she tries to reverse off her drive, 27th November
Silver Astra parked up and left outside property. Reg is FN57 LZT car Is not MOT It is causing elderly lady who lives by herself Stress and anxiety as the car is parked in such a way that it is dangerous for her to reverse off her drive . My neighbour saw a young man run off once the car had been parked. There is also an old cortina car parked the other side of Cosgrove ave and this also looks like it has been parked up abandoned and no one knows who it belongs to

Lower curb is inaccessible., 20th October
No person can use that lowered curb as there are vehicles constantly blocking it. Visible from the pictures, company branded vehicles onto residential area, if we assume that these are parking spots, no one but that specific business is able to use them.

Broken glass, 19th October
Broken glass on the majority of footpaths in Sutton-in-Ashfield, also on the playing fields. Been going on for months, nothing seems to be done about it from the council or parents correcting their darling children.

This kind of parking is a regular issue., 13th September
Vehicles of residents living onSilk Street are using the cul de sac to park using the pavement blocking drives and parking on double yellow lines. Residents are being blocked in or cannot see to get their vehicles off their drives. Access is difficult and will cause issues should emergency services be needed. The residents are mostly elderly and require carers daily. I believe you can be fined for leaving a dustbin on the pavement as it is an obstruction. Where does a 3 ton van fit into this please

Vans and cars parked all day on the pavements both sides as well as blocking entry to business units - blocking footpath so that there is no public walkway as the van is parked on the pavement, double parked to prevent free flow of traffic for other vehicles using the area as well as obstructing vision when cars exit business premises

Trees and vegetation overhanging private parking space, 12th August
There is a Day Centre which backs onto my parking space. There are many trees which overhang my private parking space and garden. Unfortunately the trees are destroying my cars paintwork. I have to wash the car every 5 days dues to the debris and bird poo.
The trees were cut back about 5 years ago, but they have now regrown and this has now been affecting me for the last year and a half and it is getting worse as it is also affecting my neighbours parking areas too.
