Tree fallen, 9th January
A tree has blown down in the recent high winds, blocking the public footpath. Not sure when it originally came down, but was there Wednesday last week (03/01/2024). Please could you arrange for it to be moved of removed.

Residents from houses on Moray square tipping garden waste over fence into field at side of number 10 despite having a garden waste bin and two cars this has been reported before but nothing done about it . Should have more pride about where they live

Overgrown trees and plants blocking footpath, 27th August
Has been the case for a long time, I've reported it before and I think it has been cleared once in about 3 years. It can be dangerous having to walki in the road because the footpath is blocked.

Over hanging trees and shrubbery and debris on the footpath., 10th July
This was reported on the 15th May 2023 and nothing has been done! On entering Maun View Gardens on the left hand side of the path all the way down to the public bridleway there are over hanging trees, branches and shrubbery which have become hazardous for pedestrians and vehicle's making it almost impossible to walk on the footpath without tripping, slipping or loosing an eye... Please can you resolve this issue or pass it onto the relevant persons thank you.

Parking to close to stoneyford rd junction, 6th December
Cars from wasses building site are parking on the end of quarrydale rd ,stoneyford rd junction, You cannot see passed them properly when trying to pull out and if one is trying to pull in at the same time it blocks the road ,nothing is supposed to be parked within 10mts of this junction ,there is deff going to be an accident please sort this problem.

Silver Astra reg FN57 LZT left outside property making it dangerous to get out of drive car had no MOT and is causing anxiety and stress to elderly lady when she tries to reverse off her drive, 27th November
Silver Astra parked up and left outside property. Reg is FN57 LZT car Is not MOT It is causing elderly lady who lives by herself Stress and anxiety as the car is parked in such a way that it is dangerous for her to reverse off her drive . My neighbour saw a young man run off once the car had been parked. There is also an old cortina car parked the other side of Cosgrove ave and this also looks like it has been parked up abandoned and no one knows who it belongs to

The whole road surface is deteriorating into potholes quite a few very deep & dangerous.

Lower curb is inaccessible., 20th October
No person can use that lowered curb as there are vehicles constantly blocking it. Visible from the pictures, company branded vehicles onto residential area, if we assume that these are parking spots, no one but that specific business is able to use them.

Broken glass, 19th October
Broken glass on the majority of footpaths in Sutton-in-Ashfield, also on the playing fields. Been going on for months, nothing seems to be done about it from the council or parents correcting their darling children.
