Severe and dangerous flooding across road after rain, 5th February
After rain the road floods dangerously on the corner so that cars coming from Kirkby Road have to brake hard or swerve onto the other side of the road to avoid aquaplaning. This is ongoing and has been for years. It appears the water drains from the field directly onto the road. There will be an accident here if this isn't sorted as it is getting worse.

For about 4 months now, over a ton of sand has been dumped on the grass verge outside 26 Church Drive, this is washing down the road and is starting to block at least two drains down

Manhole cover is sinking on the road section outside of the sainburys store heading nottingham direction and its getting worse and will either take someones wheel of there car as its sunk that much, 26th October

The entire village is a disgrace, there are enormous weeds growing on the road/pavement edges and have not been dealt with for years and are breaking up the tarmac and pavement surfaces. You used to weed killer them every year but you have not done this for years. The damage being caused by the weeds is going to cost much more than a tank of strong weedkiller., 20th August
This weed problem is an ongong problem and getting worse, some weeds are 2 ft high, can you please sort, or is this just another cutback and even less of a service.

Numerous potholes for months, 26th June
There are numerous potholes at this junction that have been here for months. There are also a couple of deep potholes in the centre of the road at the nearby bend heading north on the B6139. There are also various potholes on the B6020 just east of this junction that have also been there for months now.

Cars parked on pavement making crossing dangerous, 29th January
Cars parked completely on pavements making it very unsafe to cross the road to school as visibility is restricted . This is happening on a daily basis at 8.50am in term time. Not only are cars mounting and driving on the pavement to park, they are parking next to the safety bollards. People who are responsible are not considering the safety of pedestrians

(Numbered) Bins left outside houses on verges / pavement all week (every week) - numbers 36 to 52 Swinton Rise. Blocking pavement and view of road for pedestrians.

Hole in pavement - trip hazard, 15th November
There is a small hole in the pavement just outside 1 Linwood Crescent. The drop to the ground under the hole is substantial and the whole is likely to get bigger if not attended to. The condition of the tarmac at the road edge further down is also poor.
