Up the slip road, on the right hand side at the end of the white chevrons, just before you pull onto the A46, there is what looks to be a pertruding triangle of metal from a drainage gully or a rectangular concrete section, that seems to have been dislodged and sticking upwards in a pointed triangle. It has been there for the past two days.

Parking on pavement obstructing road and pedestrian, 8th December
This car always parks on the corner when there are areas on two sides of this street with plenty of space to park. It causes problems coming on to and off the street as he parks right on the corner . I have seen people with pushchairs and mobility scooters go on to the road to get past as at times he is much further onto the path . This has been going on for a few months now even though it has been mentioned to the person he just ignores the situation .

Directional sign damaged, 1st October
The directional sign for the Stragglethorpe junction (Cropwell Bishop and Cropwell Butler) is damaged. The sign has been knocked down and the three signposts have been damaged and are leaning. Located on the A46 (northbound carriageway) half a mile before the stragglethorpe junction.

Dangerous road surface, 26th June
Southbound lane 2, the road surface is worn away and created a large dangerous pothole which could cause an accident. When you drive over this area it pulls the car or causes drivers to serve due to the size of the surface damage. The patch is at least 5 feet long and an irregular shape and depth. I believe it is very dangerous and needs to be urgently repaired

This car is constantly dangerously parked, 30th July
I have spoke to the person previously and explained how dangerous it is to park there and that it is against the Highway Code and to park further up. I have spoke to her again today and clearly it makes no difference even after stating the accidents that could be caused. I do have the registration so I can pass this on if needed.
