Pertruding metal drainage system, 24th April
Up the slip road, on the right hand side at the end of the white chevrons, just before you pull onto the A46, there is what looks to be a pertruding triangle of metal from a drainage gully or a rectangular concrete section, that seems to have been dislodged and sticking upwards in a pointed triangle. It has been there for the past two days.

Lack of give-way sign at junction, 22nd September
As you come cyclcing from Radcliffe-on-Trent along the Cropwell road you see a curve that looks like the natural curve of the principal road but there is a very faded white line indicating that you should give way. There is NO road sign. I nearly cycled on without noticing this - and I've seen others make the same mistake.
