Road flooding, 23rd February
Something needs to be done about this road before there is a serious accident, once again another near miss by an oncoming car, due to the floods in the road caused by the pig farms with no drainage this was never a problem and hasnt been sorted out something needs to be done before somebody is killed

Road being washed away by severe flooding., 2nd January
At TG 482 012, the road is being washed away by flooding from a pig farm. Recently here were roadworks, which do not appear to have had any effect. A143 about 1 mile NE of Fritton (Gt.Yarmouth).

At least a transit van load, rubbish, fridge, tv etc. One of the largest fly tips on this road which seems to attract a lot. It’s disgusting

Dangerous parking on verges, 3rd March
Cars parked Very Dangerous on verges blocking access to houses for emergency vehicles and larger cars. This is very Dangerous especially if there was a fire in the woods or a resident needed emergency medical help they would get down to them also people needing food deliveries the vans would not be able to get down to them

I encountered this when driving to Lound Lakes and pulled over to answer my phone. It is an entrance to a field, protected by tree trunks to prevent vehicular access and encountered this mess. it;s enfuriating.

Broken manhole cover, 21st December
This sewer manhole was fixed in 2017, this was fine for about three months however it has now sunk to such a degree that it is even noisier than before, jumping up when large trucks drive over it. It has now broken in two and I would say it is not only noisy but also a danger to the traffic passing over, should it finally collapse into the sewer. Could someone look at this please?

Road side drain cover missing on exit from Fritton before entrance to redwings caldecotte, 22nd November
Cover missing from a drain at road side. First drain on left hand side when leaving fritton towards yarmouth. Noticed last night almost caused incident as I had to swerve to avoid a crash. Fortunately the car passing me had given me ample space and so I didn't swerve into the vehicles path. Only noticed last night. I would appreciate this being repaired quickly as it would not only do serious damage to a cyclist but if a car were to go too close it could cause serious damage to their vehicle or even themselves. Thank you.

New loose manhole cover makes a loud bang bang noise every time it is driven over., 5th February
We own what was a successful B&B until your new road surface arrived. Now this constant bang bang wakes up our guests. They are paying for a nights sleep ( I cant ask them to wear ear plugs). You tried once to fix it now it is even worse. Please, befor we go bust, fix this problem.

2 large potholes, 31st July
Since the last heavy rains in June, 2 large potholes have developed as the side of the road is damaged by large vehicles trying to pass on this corner. There are many smaller defects along the same 'Lowestoft' side of this road.

No speed signs, 28th November
There are no speed limit signs between Cherry Lane and the new Belton/Browston development, on the main road heading to Yarmouth.
The speed is in fact 60mph, but those exiting Station Road Belton, and also those exiting Cherry Lane garden centre, heading towards Yarmouth, don't see a speed sign until they hit the new housing and roundabout
So, you've got some cars doing 30, and others doing 50-60, aggressive tailgaters and unsafe overtaking.
