Narrow boardwalk on carriageway (Beetley RB1), 12th April
As shown in the photos, there is a very narrow boardwalk, barely 17 inches wide, along the carriageway, installed in the middle of the carriageway. Norfolk County Council, why has such a narrow boardwalk been installed in this carriageway. It has presumably been installed with the aim of aiding passage by pedestrians (although it is narrow, even for that purpose). But how are equestrians, and vehicles supposed to negotiate this obstacle. In general, it appears that you are maintaining Beetley RB1 as though it were a footpath, rather than a carriageway.
